What’s Spin Cycle?

Hi! I’m Hannah Singleton—a journalist who writes about health, wellness, and fitness. Sometimes I may go off-brand on a topic I find interesting. Spin Cycle is my little corner of the internet where I break down trends, debunk myths, and simplify the endless noise around staying healthy in a world that seems to get more complicated every day. I’ll (hopefully) spin the information overload into something that actually makes sense for real people.

What To Expect:

  • Weekly: Quick Spin — Your recap of health and fitness news, trends, product recommendations, stories you may have missed, and whatever else I find worth talking about.

  • Every so often: Essays or analyses — Some topics don’t make it into big-name publications because they don’t have neat, tidy answers (yet). But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t talk about them.

Hopefully this will grow over time—but right now, I’m still spending 90% of my time paying the bills through work with legacy media.
